ALAPPUZHA: Minister G Sudhakaran clarified that the LDF is with the believers. Sudhakaran said that they for the religious customs but against amoralities. He added he accepts faith but not blind faith. Believers are not to be misled or propagated by superstition. Sudhakaran said the LDF has a majority near most temples in Kerala.

Devaswom Minister Kadakampally Surendran had told the media yesterday that he was saddened by the incidents that took place in Sabarimala in 2018. However, the Congress and the BJP alleged that the minister is shedding crocodile tears. The Pandalam royal family and organizations including the NSS had come out against the minister yesterday. LDF convener Vijayaraghavan had today said that the party had earlier stated its stand on the Sabarimala issue and would not change its stand.
