THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: State chief K Surendran said BJP leader Shobha Surendran will contest the upcoming assembly elections. He said that he had spoken to her two days before leaving for Delhi. While talking to the media, he said there is no dispute either in the BJP or in the front.
‘Sobha Surendran and I as the state chief have a very good relationship. We are very cordial. The rest are stories cooked up by you people. All these stories don’t have a lifespan of 24 hours,’ he said.
The Kazhakoottam constituency where the candidate has to be announced will be given to Shobha Surendran. She had clarified that if Kazhakoottam is not given, she will not contest the polls.
