NEW DELHI: New Delhi: The Supreme Court has issued a warning to Tamil Nadu in the Mullaperiyar case. The information for determining the rule curve schedule should be submitted to the Mullaperiyar Dam Supervisory Committee within two weeks. The court, which warned that the chief secretary would face action if the information was not provided, added that the safety of the dam was paramount.

The court also directed that the supervisory committee should make its decision regarding rule curve, gate operation schedule and instrumentation within four weeks.
