KONNI: NDA candidate K Surendran has filed his nomination papers in Konni. He filed the nomination papers before deputy returning officer T Vijayakumar.

BJP district committee member Suresh Kavungal supported Surendran in the nomination papers. Surendran said that if the NDA wins in the Konni constituency, the Konni airport will become a reality.
