THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP state president K Surendran has said that there is a secret understanding between Congress and CPM. “Nobody can remove the black spots of a Cheetah. The issue of bogus voting happens in every election. Last time I got defeated in Majeshwaram due to bogus voting. There is also a possibility for such a scam on postal votes also,” he added.

“Why the courage shown by UDF in Nemom is not displayed in Dharmadom. The chief minister is travelling in a helicopter using the tax payer’s money whereas am using chopper with my party’s money,” the saffron party chief told presspersons.
