PALAKKAD: BJP candidate and Metro Man E Sreedharan from Palakkad filed the nomination papers today. He filed the nomination papers to RDO Bindu.

BJP candidate from Thrissur and Rajya Sabha MP Suresh Gopi also filed his nomination papers today. He flew in a helicopter and then arrived at the collectorate from Puzhakkal accompanied by a bike rally. Actor Devan too accompanied him.

Mentioning a strong competition in Thrissur, Suresh Gopi said Sabarimala would also be a campaign issue in this election. He rebuked Sitaram Yechury's statement on it.
