THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Opposition has intensified the allegation that fraudulent votes have been added to the voters' list in the state. In addition to the seven constituencies released last day, Chennithala has released information on fraudulent votes in more constituencies. In Thavanur alone 4395 names have been added, while in Koothuparambu 2795, Perumbavoor 2286, Chalakudy 2063, Kannur 1743 and Kalpetta 1795. The Leader of the Opposition handed over the evidence to the Election Commission. Chief Electoral Officer Tikaram Meena had sought a report on Chennithala's complaint.

A copy of Chennithala's voter list was released which alleges that a person's name was added five times for fraudulent votes in the same constituency. Earlier in the day, Ramesh Chennithala had alleged that most of the incidents took place using the same address and photo. In Kazhakoottam alone, 4506 such fraudulent voters were found. The number of fraudulent voters is Kollam is 2534, Thrikkarippur 1436, Koyilandy 4611, Nadapuram 6171, Koothuparambu 3525 and Ambalappuzha 4750.
