NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court has refused to disclose the details of a report filed on the investigation into a “larger conspiracy” behind the allegations of sexual harassment against former Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi. The Supreme Court Registry was responding to a question under the Right to Information Act.

The question was regarding the findings in the report. Earlier, the apex court had ruled that the report should not be made public and kept in a sealed envelope. The report, filed by retired Supreme Court judge Justice AK Patnaik, stated that there may have been a conspiracy behind the complaint against Ranjan Gogoi.
