PATHANAMTHITTA: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has said that protecting KIIFB is the only way to ensure the state’s development. He also added that he will defend against any attack on KIIFB. The chief minister listed out all development programmes implemented via KIIFB in his press conference.
“P M Suresh Babu has decided to leave Congress after revealing all the bad experiences that he had in the party. Congress has become an insufferable organisation for those who take an anti-communal approach. Suresh Babu has raised many serious issues in the Congress party. Congress is not able to maintain its secular character. Those who are able to compromise with communal elements will be able to continue in Congress,” the chief minister said.
“The doors of LDF are open for those who believe in the values of secularism and democracy. Many are raising doubts over the criticisms raised by NSS on the state government. The presspersons must ask Sukumaran Nair what is the reason for this weird behaviour of NSS?” Pinarayi said.
“There is a rumor about NSS’s unusual behavior to this govt, it’s better Sukumaran Nair has a firm understanding about that. Neither I nor the government has any issues with NSS,” the chief minister added.
