NEDUKANDAM: Minister M M Mani termed as foolish at the regret of Minister Kadakampally Surendran on Sabarimala issue. The CPM had not entrusted anyone to apologize on the issue. Who has the authority to say that what happened then was foolish in a case which is before the Supreme Court? The CPM has no role on his regret. What general secretary Sitaram Yechury said is party's policy. CPI leader Annie Raja's statement that the Left policy on Sabarimala issue is not what the Kerala ministers are saying, is also true. Kadakampally contesting from Kazhakoottam in the assembly elections, expressed regret on Sabarimala issue, while talking to the media. His regret had put the CPM on the defensive after political opponents included it in their electioneering.
