THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: NDA candidate Kummanam Rajasekharan on Friday said that if the BJP comes to power in Kerala, the temple administration proclamation and the second land reforms act will be implemented. Kummanam said that land and houses will be given to the landless and believers will be involved in the administration of the temples. He was speaking at an election rally attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Kazhakoottam.
"The NDA guarantees land and housing to the landless. Scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, landless and the poor will get houses to sleep in and land to cultivate. 2021 will be a turning point in the political history of Kerala. There is going to be a change of administration and the NDA government will ensure that the poor get everything, including drinking water, jobs, housing and educational facilities," Kummanam said.
"There will be a temple administration proclamation in Kerala. Believers will be involved in the administration of the temple. This will be the biggest proclamation to be made after the temple entry proclamation and the paliyam proclamation," he added.
