KOCHI: Posters appeared in the name of Sabarimala Karma Samithi in Tripunithura asking people not to vote for the BJP has sparked controversy. The posters read, "Don't make CPM win by voting for BJP"..

This poster can be seen below the posters of LDF candidate M Swaraj and along with the campaign posters of NDA candidate Dr KS Radhakrishnan in the constituency.

The leaders of the Sabarimala Karma Samithi say that they are not behind the posters. The BJP also alleges that it is a tactic of the UDF to manipulate votes. Dr KS Radhakrishnan has lodged a complaint with the police.

The party alleges that the UDF is trying to win votes in Tripunithura, where there is a fierce battle between the Left Front candidate M Swaraj and the UDF candidate K Babu.
