KOZHIKODE: BJP state president K Surendran has said that this will be a crucial assembly election as far as NDA is concerned. “Kerala will have NDA’s footprint with this election. This assembly election will witness a revolutionary change in NDA’s poll prospects,” Surendran said. He also said that the party is fully prepared to counter the strategies of CPM and Congress, whihc they had successfully tested and implemented in Vattiyoorkavu and Manjeshwaram in the last assembly polls.

When asked about the allegations raised by other parties that BJP will resort to vote trade, he said such allegations emanate from political Pauperism. “BJP’s prospects are becoming more powerful in the state. In all three constituencies, where the party has no candidates, a strong message has been delivered to party workers to whom they should vote. The voters in UDF and LDF will have a rethink on communal tendencies in the state,” he told media persons after casting his vote in Modakallur A U P school in Balusseri constituency.
