Purogamana Kalasahitya Sangham has reacted to the incident where the film shooting in Palakkad was stopped. Strongly criticizing the RSS action, the association said that the RSS is working like the Taliban in Afghanistan with the arrogance that Narendra Modi is in power, Pu Ka Sa said in a press release.

According to Purogamana Kalasahitya Sangham, literature and creativity are as important to man as air, and cinema is a favorite pastime of millions. The association also worries whether our country is heading towards a catastrophe that requires the prior permission of religious-nationalist extremists to sing and to film.

"In any case, in democratic Kerala, there is no question of allowing this move by the RSS. Will defeat RSS terrorism through resistance", it says in a statement.
