THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Samples have been sent to Delhi to find out whether the virus has undergone genetic mutation as the second wave of Covid gets stronger in Kerala. Samples are tested at CSIR's Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology. Samples are sent every two weeks to see if there is a genetic mutation. This time, Kerala is anxiously awaiting the results in wake of the outbreak. The last samples were sent three days ago.
