THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In the wake of an unprecedented rise in Covid-19 cases in the state, Plus Two and VHSE practical exams have been postponed. The decision was taken by the education department. The exams scheduled to start on April 28 have been postponed. The public education department said that the new dates of the exams temporarily postponed would be informed later.

The State Human Rights Commission had taken a suo moto case in this regard. The director of public instruction will give an explanation to the Human Rights Commission today. The teachers' unions demanded that exams be postponed. Meantime, plus two theory exams will end today.
