KOTTAYAM: Janapaksham party leader PC George said that he had asked the state government, the health department, and the Election Commission to postpone the local and assembly elections that were held during the pandemic.

Taking it to Facebook, PC George alleged that his demand was not considered and that the government, the health department and the Election Commission obtained a favourable verdict against him by misleading the court by claiming that everything was ready. PC George said that the current spread of COVID was deliberate and that a case should be registered against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Health Minister KK Shailaja and the Election Commission.
