CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin congratulated Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on his second term. MK Stalin greeted the Chief Minister on his Twitter handle and described him as 'my brother'.
MK Stalin said "Best wishes to my brother @vijayanpinarayi on his swearing in as @CMOKerala and I hope that his determination and perseverance will lead to social equality, peace and prosperity for the people."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also congratulated Pinarayi Vijayan took oath as the Chief Minister of Kerala at a ceremony held at Central Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram on Thursday.
In a twitter message, the PM said "Congratulations to Shri @vijayanpinarayi Ji on taking oath as CM and commencing his second term in office."
CM Vijayan and 20 other ministers was sworn-in by governor Arif Mohammad Khan.
