THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Through a post on Facebook, Yuva Morcha state general secretary K Ganesh has invited Ramesh Chennithala to join the BJP. "Why should Chennithala and his group tolerate contempt and humiliation in Congress? If there is a sense of shame, he should resign and accept the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and be ready to work with the BJP", he said.

Ganesh says in his Facebook post that it is not the UDF, Satheesan or Sudhakaran but only the BJP and K Surendran who can question Pinarayi's dictatorship in Kerala.

The decision to make VD Satheesan the Leader of the Opposition was taken by the Congress High Command. It is only natural that the Congress High Command would also be interested in the state where Rahul Gandhi is the MP. They avoided Chennithala by saying it was a generational change. Chennithala's was shunned and ignored during the election time itself. There were Congressmen who said that Oommen Chandy was the chief ministerial candidate. With the UDF losing the election, it was not discussed. Anyway, Chennithala and his group have been avoided. Why should Chennithala and his group tolerate this neglect and humiliation? If there is a sense of shame, Chennithala and his group should resign and accept the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and be ready to work with the BJP.
