Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra has lashed out at Lakshadweep administrator's new reforms barring those with more than two children from becoming panchayat members. Taking it to Twitter, Moitra asked how can the BJP administrator introduce such a draft regulation while the current Union Ministers of Defense, External Affairs, and Road Transport all have three children each.
