THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: After a long gap in the state, KSRTC will resume its services from tomorrow. Long route services will start from tomorrow. Its services were stopped on May 8 after the second wave of Covid started.

The chief secretary gave permission to restore its services following a fall in the transmission of the disease. Meantime, as the lockdown continues in the state now, as a first step the services will be on busy routes.

The services will adhere to Covid protocol and so standing travel in buses will not be permitted. Officials said facilities will be provided for ticket booking.
