CHENNAI: A partially burnt body was found in Madras IIT. The body is suspected to be that of a Keralite. The students found the body near the hockey ground of the campus last night by 8 pm. The body is of a youth in his 20s and 30s.

The body is suspected of a Keralite identified as Unnikrishnan Nair working as project co-ordinator, but the police has not confirmed it. He hails from Ernakulam. The police have found a 11-page suicide note. The note said that he is taking the drastic step due to mental stress. However, the note has not mentioned anybody’s name. A bottle was found near the body. The body has been shifted to the hospital for post mortem.
