KOZHIKODE: Two people have been arrested for sexually abusing a mentally ill young woman who left home. The incident took place at Chevayoor, Kozhikode. The woman, who had left her house after a quarrel with family members, was sexually abused by the accused inside a parked bus. Both the arrested men are natives of Kunnamangalam. According to sources, the accused took the woman to a place called Kottamparambu in a vehicle and sexually abused her inside the empty bus. The woman was later abandoned at an autorickshaw stand. Another person is yet to be arrested, police said.
