THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Alappuzha MLA PP Chitharanjan has received a letter with death threat. It is said in the letter that his right hand and left leg will be cut off and placed in front of the Alappuzha municipality and the family members will be poisoned and killed. The letter also demands him to leave India within 9 days. The letter was received at the MLA hostel. The letter also said that AA Rahim and AN Shamsir would be subjected to the same treatment.

The letter was addressed in the name of Benny Martin Muvattupuzha. The letter was handed over to the CM's office.
