KOCHI: Kavaratti police have recorded the statement of Yuva Morcha state secretary BG Vishnu in connection with the sedition case against film director Aisha Sultana. Vishnu had participated in the channel discussion along with Aisha during which she made the bio-weapon remark against the central government.

A team led by Kavaratti sub-inspector Mohammad Ameer reached Thiruvananthapuram today and recorded Vishnu's statement.
