THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An order was hastily issued to transfer the forest officers in the forest department following the rumors that Forest Minister AK Sasindran will resign. It is suspected that irregularities have taken place in the transfer list of forest range officers of the forest department which was released last day. As soon as the matter came to his notice, Minister AK Saseendran directly intervened and froze the transfer order. The action was taken after it was noticed that the order was issued without the knowledge of the Forest Minister. The news was released by Kaumudy TV.

The order was issued last day to transfer the forest officials to various places in the state. It is learnt that the order was issued hastily as some officers expected that minister Saseendran would soon step down from his position.
