KOCHI: A youth has been arrested for uploading prank videos on Youtube in which he was seen insulting women in public. Aakash Simon Mohan (26) was arrested by Ernakulam North police on Sunday. He was later released on bail. On August 3, Commissioner CH Nagaraju had received a complaint against him. The complainant had alleged that the youth made obscene gestures at women while recording a prank video at Kacheripady junction.

Akash had uploaded the videos to the YouTube channel 'Villain Hub' which was launched on May 21. According to the police, he had uploaded two videos titled 'Disturbing the Females - Kerala Prank' to the channel. Police have initiated the move to remove videos by contacting the YouTube authorities.
