THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A man has been arrested for threatening CM Pinarayi Vijayan over the phone. Sivakumar, a native of Vaikom, was arrested from Thripunithura by Ernakulam Hill Palace Police.

He will be handed over to the Vaikom police. The message reached the phone at Cliff House, the official residence of the Chief Minister, some time ago. Sivakumar threatened to endanger the CM if he failed to take immediate action regarding torture by police.
