PALAKKAD: A youth was arrested in Shornur for smuggling drugs worth lakhs of rupees on a train. Anoop, a native of Pala, Kottayam, was arrested with ganja, MDMA and brown sugar.

Anoop was arrested on his way to Ernakulam from Nashik with intoxicants. The seized drugs are worth around Rs 10 lakh, police said.
