THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: An order has been issued stating that post-Covid patients in the APL category should pay for treatment in government hospitals. Government hospitals charge Rs 750 for wards, Rs 2,000 for ICU ventilators, Rs 1,250 for HDUs, and Rs 1,500 for ICUs.

Post-Covid clinics are set up in government hospitals from primary health centers to medical colleges. Post-Covid patients referred from Taluk Hospitals, District General Hospitals, and Medical Colleges will be examined here. Covid patients who recover from the disease should undergo examination at the clinic every month.
