NEW DELHI: Two flights carrying Indian nationals from Afghanistan arrived in Delhi on Sunday. 222 Indians were brought back. They were flown in by an Air Force plane and an Air India plane.
One flight came via Tajikistan while the other came via Doha. The flight from Doha carried 135 Indians, while the flight from Tajikistan carried 87 Indians and 2 Nepalese nationals. The foreign ministry said the rescue mission would continue.

On Saturday, 87 Indians were airlifted from Kabul to Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan. They were flown to Delhi on an Air India flight.
