THRISSUR: A three-member committee has been appointed to assess the assets and liabilities of Karuvannur Bank. The committee will also evaluate the amount of money to be repaid to investors. Minister VN Vasavan said the committee has been tasked to find the debt to be recovered and take necessary steps.

The three-member committee will work under the supervision of the Co-operative Registrar. The minister also directed to assess the assets of the accused in the case.
