ALAPPUZHA: A man was killed in Kanichukulangara after a van caught fire. The deceased has been identified as Aroor native Rajeevan. The incident happened today morning. The preliminary conclusion is that it was a suicide.

Rajeevan's relatives said that he was under severe mental stress. The locals saw the vehicle burning at around 5.45 am this morning. Though the fire force had rushed to the scene, Rajeevan could not be saved.
