THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The AICC has announced the DCC presidents amid controversy over the list. Palode Ravi will preside in Thiruvananthapuram. It is learned that the change in the last phase of the list was due to pressure from the group leaders. But the AICC says it has made some changes to look at community representation. This is not a group-based allocation. According to AICC sources, Ramesh Chennithala and Oommen Chandy have considered their position in their own districts.

Thiruvananthapuram - Palode Ravi, Kollam - Rajendra Prasad, Pathanamthitta - Satish Kochuparambil, Alappuzha - Babu Prasad, Kottayam - Nattakom Suresh, Idukki - CP Mathew, Ernakulam - Mohammad Shias. Thrissur.-Jose Vallur, Palakkad-A. Thankappan, Malappuram- VS Joy, Kozhikode- Adv. Praveen Kumar, Wayanad - ND Appachan, Kannur - Martin George, Kasargod - PK Faisal.

The list was announced by AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal.

Meanwhile, the KPCC has temporarily suspended former MLA K Sivadasan Nair and former KPCC general secretary KP Anilkumar from the party for violating party discipline and reacting in public to the DCC reorganization, KPCC President K Sudhakaran MP informed.
