KOCHI: KT Jaleel MLA said that the Enforcement Directorate had summoned him to give a statement regarding the financial irregularities in Chandrika.

"I've handed over the documents related to the allegation to ED. In addition to the documents given earlier, a few more documents have been requested", he said.

Kunhalikutty will be questioned by the ED tomorrow. Jaleel said he had received information that his son Aashiq has also been summoned by the probe team on September 7.

Jaleel reached the ED office in Kochi at 10.45 am on Thursday. "The issue related to AR Nagar Co-operative Bank has not come up now. The ED summoned me by saying that there were some questions to be asked", Jaleel said.
