KOCHI: Muslim League leader PK Kunhalikutty has informed the Enforcement that it will be difficult to appear tomorrow in the case related to the financial irregularities in the Chandrika daily. He has requested in writing to postpone interrogation to another day. KT Jaleel MLA had today said that the evidence related to the case had been handed over to ED.

Jaleel reached the ED office in Kochi at 10.45 am on Thursday. He said that the Enforcement Directorate had summoned him to give a statement related to the case.

"I've handed over the documents related to the allegation to ED. In addition to the documents given earlier, a few more documents have been requested", Jaleel said.

"Kunhalikutty will be questioned by the ED tomorrow. As per information I received, his son Aashiq has also been summoned by the probe team on September 7. The issue related to AR Nagar Co-operative Bank has not come up now", he added.
