KANNUR:A three-old-boy, who sustained injuries after a gate fell on him, succumbed to it. The incident happened at Uruvachal in Mattannur. He has been identified as Haider, son of Rishad of Perincheri Kunnummal House. His neighbour’s iron gate fell on top of him.

The incident happened last evening while playing in the courtyard of his neighbour’s house. The sliding gate fell on his head while he was playing. Although he was taken to the hospital, his life could not be saved. He died Tuesday early morning.
