THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM leader Cherian Philip has refused to take charge as Khadi board vice president. Cherian was appointed following the resignation of Shobana George.

In his Facebook post, Cherian Philip wrote that he won't be able to take charge as the vice president of the Khadi board as he is busy writing a book on modern political history titled 'Adiyozhukkukal'. However, it is learnt that he did not take up the post in protest against the CPM leadership for continuously neglecting him.
