THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The low-pressure area formed in the Bay of Bengal has entered the Arabian Sea from the Comorin region. The low-pressure area, which entered the Arabian Sea at 8.30 am today, is now located above Lakshadweep and the nearby southeastern Arabian Sea. The Indian Meteorological Department has forecast low pressure to move in the north and northwest direction and gain strength over the next three days. As a result, a low pressure area has formed from Lakshadweep to the coast of Karnataka.

According to the Met Office, thundershowers will continue in Kerala till the 7th of this month due to low pressure. Isolated heavy rains are likely on Wednesday and Thursday.
