THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The phone conversation hinting that the chief minister was aware of the adoption controversy related to Anupama, has emerged. The phone conversation between the complainant Anupama and CPM leader P K Sreemathy emerged on Saturday.
Sreemathy is heard saying that the chief minister asserted that as the issue is between Anupama and her parents, they don’t have a role in it. The phone conversation between the two has now come out before the news came through the media. I had tried to solve this issue but a solution could not be found. I am helpless to intervene in the issue. This not an issue of my district. I talked to the chief minister. This is an issue between Anupama and her parents, we don’t have role in it, Sreemathy said this was what the chief minister said.
The phone conversation held on September 25 has emerged. Anupama said that she is sad as the chief minister did not respond.
‘I won’t blame the chief minister. The reason is that my complaint may not have reached the chief minister directly. I tried to meet him. All may have misled him’, said Anupama. She reiterated action against Siju Khan and CWC chief.
