NEW DELHI: The nation paid homage to General Bipin Rawat, who died in a chopper crash. The bodies of those dead in the crash were brought to Madras Regimental Centre at Wellington in Ooty.

Many including Chief Minister M K Stalin paid homage. The bodies of Rawat and his wife will reach Delhi by 4 pm. The bodies of the rest will be taken to their native place after paying homage.

Meantime, the investigating team returned after completing the inspection at the accident spot. A team led by wing commander Bharadwaj conducted the inspection.
