THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Police have arrested the first and third accused in connection with the murder of Chembakamangalam native Sudheesh. The arrested men have been identified as Sudhish (Unni) and Shyam. With this, 10 persons have been arrested in connection with the case.

Sudhish had gone into hiding in Tamil Nadu after the murder. The accused were arrested when they returned to Pothencode. Meanwhile, Ottakam Rajesh, the second accused in the case, is still on the run.

Sudheesh was hacked to death by the gang on December 11. After the murder, the accused chopped off Sudheesh's leg and threw it on the road.
