KOCHI: The organisation is planning to take action against Shammi Thilakan for trying to capture the meet of Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA) on his mobile. A decision has been taken to take action after holding discussions at the next executive meet.

Shammi Thilakan, who came to attend the general body meet of the association held in Kochi last Sunday, shot the discussions on his mobile and this courted a controversy. One of the actors brought this to the notice of the organisation leaders. Following that, other members of the association sought action against him.

Although actors including Mammootty opined not to take action against the actor, other actors were firm in taking action. Following that, a decision was taken to discuss the issue at the next executive meet.
