ALAPPUZHA: Police have nabbed five persons who were directly involved in the murder of SDPI state secretary KS Shan. They have been identified as Athul, Vishnu, Jishnu, Abhimanyu and Sanath. Police have hinted that all five are RSS activists.

Police had arrested 2 persons in connection with the murder on Friday morning. The two were identified as a Thrissur native and an Aluva native. The police arrested the two during an investigation into those who helped the group escape.
