THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The FIR registered against actor Dileep on a complaint that he tried to endanger investigation officials in the actress attack case has come out. According to the FIR, Dileep had allegedly conspired to chop off the hand of a police officer named Sudarshan who had laid hands on his body. FIR alleges that Dileep had said that the investigating officers Baiju Paulose, Sudarshan, Sandhya, and Sojan are going to suffer. The conspiracy took place at Dileep's 'Padmasarovar' home in Aluva.

The FIR numbered 6/2022 was registered at the Crime Branch Police Station in Thiruvananthapuram. Sections 116, 118, 120B, 506 and 34 of the IPC have been charged. The accused conspired on November 15, 2017 between 10.30 am and 12.30 pm. The first accused in the case is Dileep alias Gopalakrishnan. The second accused is Dileep's brother Anoop. The third accused is Dileep's brother-in-law Suraj. The FIR names the fourth accused as Appu, the fifth accused as Babu Chengamanadu and the sixth accused as an identifiable person. The FIR was lodged on the complaint of DySP Baiju Paulose, who was the investigating officer.

According to the FIR, one to six accused in the case conspired with the intention of endangering the investigating officers who arrested Dileep as the eighth accused in the case of assault on the actress. As per the FIR, Dileep said that five officers are going to suffer after pausing a video on Youtube. The police have added all these matters in the FIR based on the statement given by director Balachandra Kumar to the crime branch. Following the revelation of Balachandra Kumar, some audio clips were released. The audio clips contained threatening messages against investigators. Balachandra Kumar had given a statement to the crime branch that Dileep had threatened him.
