KOCHI: More details about the conspiracy hatched by actor Dileep to endanger the investigating officers in the case of attacking the actress, have been released. The crime branch found that Dileep, his brother Anoop and sister's husband Suraj conspired in a flat on Ernakulam MG Road.

They gathered in the flat to conspire in December 2017. They planned on how to handle Baiju Paulose, the investigating officer. The investigation team collected the mobile phone tower location of the three at that time. Reports said that some testimonies have been received confirming their presence. The move was soon after Dileep was released on bail in the actress attack case.

One of the reasons Dileep cited for not presenting the phone to the investigating officers was that it contained private conversations with his former wife Manju Warrier. It is learned that the probe team has sought information from Manju Warrier in this regard. It is heard that Manju replied that there were no private conversations and that she had talked only once or twice about some things related to her daughter.
