According to reports, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal will also be seen in Ajith Kumar's new film directed by H Vinod.

According to national media reports, Mohanlal and Ajith will be teaming up for the film which will start shooting in March. The film, tentatively titled 'AK61', is Ajith's 61st film. It is learnt that Ajith is playing a character with a negative shade.

However, there is no official confirmation about Mohanlal's casting. Mohanlal's latest releases were Marakkar and Bro Daddy. Ajith visiting the sets of Marakkar to see Mohanlal was a big news. Valimai is Ajith's upcoming film. The film, which was set to release on the 13th of this month, has been postponed due to Covid expansion.
