KANNUR: KPCC chief K Sudhakaran said that he has not changed his stand on the Silver Line. He told the media that the Congress just meant that they are not against the high-speed rail line and no one would believe that the project could be implemented with Rs 65,000 crore.

The centre has not given the green signal for the project, the finance minister was misleading the people, criticised Sudhakaran. He added that there are limits for major developments in Kerala.

Sudhakaran criticized the government for not providing houses to the flood victims in Kavalappara and said that even the Shastra Sahitya Parishad is against the project. He added that he would go to any extreme to oppose the project.

Sudhakaran had yesterday said that he would support K Rail if able to convince the people. He said the government should admit that whatever done so far is illegal.
