KOCHI: Argument is still continuing in the high court on the anticipatory bail pleas of the accused including actor Dileep, in the case of conspiracy to finish off the investigating officers in the case of attacking the actress. The defendant argued that the FIR itself does not exist. Dileep argued that there were many things in the FIR which were not in Balachandra Kumar's statement. The judge then examined the FIR.
Dileep who said after seeing the video 'you will suffer', said it was not a conspiracy and insisted that he had not conspired against the investigating officers. The police officer who is also the complainant is investigating the actress attack case and then how could he get justice, asked the actor. Sudarshan, who investigated the case, has not touched his body and then how could he say will chop off his hands.
The court is considering the bail pleas of Dileep, brother Anoop, brother-in-law T N Suraj, cousin Krishna Prasad alias Appu, friends Baiju Chengamanad and hotel owner Sarath from Aluva.
