KOCHI: Director Balachandra Kumar has said that he has a voice message of Dileep telling him how to kill the investigating officer and it will be released in the next few hours. "It has been handed over to the police. If there is any evidence in the allegations against me, Dileep should release it", Balachandra Kumar said.

"I lodged the complaint on November 25. Investigators have been in contact since December 27. Prior to that, I was not in any contact with the investigating officers. All the evidence I have to present has been presented on time. I've handed over the video of Dileep telling how to kill, to the police. I've the audio recording of Dileep telling how to kill someone without evidence. When it comes out, some people's doubts will go away. Everyone will know about that in the coming hours. Many of the pieces of evidence I handed over to the investigation team have not been released", Balachandra Kumar said.

Meanwhile, Dileep had argued in the high court that the conspiracy case is an attempt by the probe team to fabricate evidence in the actress assault case. "The audio recording presented by Balachandrakumar contains only broken words. Where did the tab he recorded this and the laptop used to copy this go? Balachandra Kumar and the investigating officer, DySP Baiju Paul, have animosity with me. The investigating officers and Balachandra Kumar had conspired", Dileep claimed.

The court asked how the conspiracy case against the crime branch officials came to be investigated by the crime branch itself. The argument in the case came to a close on Thursday. The prosecution's hearing will take place on Friday.
